“This is an okay place to stay while visiting St Leonard’s and Hastings. It seems to be a family-run place and full breakfast is provided and is good.Quick walk to the train and to the beach and laundromat. Some improvements have been made to the property which are cosmetic and actually quite silly. There was an attempt to make this old hotel look opulent while neglecting things like upgraded beds and bedding, soundproofing rooms, replacing broken window seals and fresh paint on the exterior....

“La struttura fa parte di una serie di abitazioni a schiera tipiche del Regno Unito, situata a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Anche le vie con i ristoranti e i negozi sono a pochi minuti, l’old town è a 10 minuti. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio dietro la struttura. Check in veloce, camera spaziosa e pulita. ”

“La struttura é ben posizionata. Nei dintorni é pieno di negozi. Si trova proprio sul mare. A 15 minuti circa a piedi c'è la stazione di Hastings da dove si raggiunge anche il centro di Londra. Nel compresso direi che é ottima.”

“Siamo arrivati a St Leonard on sea in una bella giornata di sole, abbiamo trovato il nostro albergo situato in questa bellissima piazza di fronte al mare. Siamo stati cordialmente accolti da Alexandra che, dopo averci offerto un thè,ci ha indirizzati alla nostra camera. Ottima colazione e ottima la pulizia. Peccato per la camera situata al terzo piano senza ascensore. Ci sentiamo quindi di consigliare questo luogo e questo albergo sperando che anche per voi facciano da cornice alle vostre...

“This is the by far the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Ian & Fiona are so welcoming and friendly. The house is in an ideal location and is peacefully quiet, also with on site parking behind an electronic gate. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.”
